Automation Manager Overview
The Automation Manager is where a standard user or account administrator can go to alter, check and pay for their current voice services, as well as access certain features. This overview will give you a walkthrough of how to access your Automation Manager as well as the different tabs and items you can access from it.
You can log into the Automation Manager directly from your portal web address, or you can access it from your PCS UC Client. To access the Automation Manager in the PCS UC Client, choose Automation Manager from the Other Applications section on the homepage. See screenshot below:

You will then see the Automation Manager home Screen:

From this screen you will see the following tabs:
Home, Voicemail, Services, Cases, Accounting, Reports, Tools, and Settings. Each of these tabs will help you with a different part of your PCS Mobile Application Services.
| Home | The Home tab will automatically be the first thing you see when you log in, and is the same as the above picture. In this screen you will see any messages from the service provider as well as standard items such as invoicing for your account. The other options you will have on screen will be the “Common Tasks” menu to the right. This menu will let you quickly do some common items such as viewing a list of your extensions, telephone number, and also letting you quickly pay your bill. |
| Voicemail | The Voicemail Tab will allow you to change and alter your current voicemail settings |
| Services | The Services tab is where you can change and set/assign all of your current services with PCS Mobile Application as an account administrator to the standard users on an account. As a standard user you can go here to see what services you have active and check the status of said services. |
| Cases | The Cases Tab is where you can check the status of all current number porting cases for your account. |
| Accounting | The Accounting tab is where you can see all of your transactions, orders, invoices, payments and also add and change payment profiles. |
| Reports | The reports tab is where you can see all of your account’s activity reports as well as your ACD records (Automatic Call Distribution). |
| Tools | The tools tab currently has no active tools at the customer level. If you would like to check the status of your connection to your voice services as stated by the prompt in please use the status tool in the UC Client, under the settings options. Locate the settings options by clicking on the icon with your Initials or picture on the left menu. |
| Settings | The Settings tab is where you can check all of your account settings, services, and international settings. On the left menu, you can also see your Profile Settings, Message Center settings, Manage your user settings, your Network Settings, schedule reports, and lastly setup your Call Notifications. |
