PCS Mobile Application Desktop/Browser Client

The PCS Mobile Application desktop/browser client can be accessed via a modern web browser. Best experienced in Google Chrome or Firefox, users can quickly and easily access PCS Mobile Application voice, video, messaging, contacts, and related features and applications without the need to install software on your desktop. For quick access while on the road, or from a public computer, just sign-in via username and password, and start engaging with employees, customers and vendors. 

The browser client provides:

Voice – make and take calls, three way calling, call transfer & move, call recording (if available)

Video – Join meetings and rooms with full voice and video.

Messaging – Send and receive chat and SMS messages.

Contacts – Internal contacts are pre-loaded for presence and quick access to chat and meetings, as well as click-to-dialing valid telephone numbers in their contact profile.

Apps – fast access to our mobile applications (iOS and Android), and Contact Center, PCS Mobile Application Automation Manager, and more. 

Requirements

The browser client requires a WebRTC capable web browser.
