My Profile

The user Identity bubble displays your name and avatar, and includes a dropdown menu for additional functions.

TThe bubble’s dropdown menu may include some or all of these items, depending on your User Rights:

• Assume Identity – Allows you to “operate” as another user within the Hosted Application and is useful for troubleshooting.
• Profile – Opens the My Profile screen, where you can change your password and update personal settings.
• Settings – Opens the Settings tab in the Main Menu; sub-functions are listed as Side Menus along the left side of the screen.
• Help – Opens the help knowledge base right from your CAM portal.
• Sign out – To log out of the CAM Portal.

Customize Your Identity Bubble

Start by changing the First and Last Name. To do this:

1. Click the Identity Bubble and select Profile from the dropdown menu. This will display the My Profile screen.
2. Enter your first and last name as you want them to appear in the bubble.
3. Click Save and your updated name will appear in the bubble.

Customize Your Avatar

Click Save and your updated picture will appear in the Identity Bubble.

1. Click the Identity Bubble and select Profile from the dropdown menu to display the My Profile screen.
2. Hover over the Avatar box (located below the address column).

3. Upload a jpg, gif, or png image file (max. size 64 x 64 pixels) using one of these methods:
   • Click Select a File to search for an image file.
   • Use the drag and drop feature.
4. Click Save and your updated picture will appear in the Identity Bubble.
