The mobile app allows you to record new Unavailable and Busy greetings and to record your name for the company directory.
Note: You cannot review pre-existing greetings from the mobile app, you can only record over existing greetings.
From the app main menu, select Voicemail.
Tap the Greeting button in the upper left area Voicemail screen to view the Greetings screen.
If prompted, grant microphone access to the app.
If there are multiple mailboxes, select a mailbox number.
Select the greeting you wish to create/edit by clicking on their tab name.
Busy – will play when you’re on the phone or when DND is turned on.
Record Name – will play when someone selects your name from the company directory.
Unavailable – will play when nobody answers your phone.
Tap the Record button to start recording the greeting and tap again to stop recording.
Tap the Play button to listen to your recording and repeat recording the greeting if not satisfied.
If satisfied with the recording then click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the screen. Note: This will overwrite the pre-existing greeting.
To cancel the process and keep the pre-existing greeting, click the Back button on your phone.
Retrieving Voicemail
From the app main menu, select Voicemail.
The Voicemail screen will show a list of all your voicemails and clicking on one will open the details and start playing back the voicemail message. The buttons below the progress bar allow you to Play/Pause the audio, Mute/Unmute the speakers, connect via Bluetooth to connect to an external speaker, or Delete the message respectively.
Note: The buttons at the bottom of the voicemail details allow you to Callback the number of the person who left the message, send a text message to the number of the person who left the message (if applicable), or share the voicemail.
Deleting Voicemail
From the app main menu, select Voicemail.
Click the Delete button in the upper right area of the Voicemail screen.
Select the voicemail(s) you want to delete and click the Delete button in the bottom left and confirm you want to delete selected voicemails.
To delete all simply click Delete All in the bottom right and confirm you want to delete all voicemails.
