Getting Started

The CoreNexa Mobile App (on Android or iPhone devices) includes many features to improve end user productivity:

  • Connects business extension to employee’s smartphone
  • Manage Virtual Attendant schedules and settings
  • Set up inbound calls to ring on desk phone or cell phone
  • One-button click to reply to missed calls
  • Do Not Disturb setting
  • Voicemail – record greetings, listen to and forward messages
  • Access company and personal phone contacts
  • Use company international long distance and dialing plan
  • One click access to conference calls

Minimum OS Versions

iOS: Version 15.6.1 or newer as of version 3.4.0.

Android: Version 8 or newer as of version 3.2.0.
