Getting Started
The CoreNexa Mobile App (on Android or iPhone devices) includes many features to improve end user productivity:
- Connects business extension to employee’s smartphone
- Manage Virtual Attendant schedules and settings
- Set up inbound calls to ring on desk phone or cell phone
- One-button click to reply to missed calls
- Do Not Disturb setting
- Voicemail – record greetings, listen to and forward messages
- Access company and personal phone contacts
- Use company international long distance and dialing plan
- One click access to conference calls
Minimum OS Versions
iOS: Version 15.6.1 or newer as of version 3.4.0.
Android: Version 8 or newer as of version 3.2.0.
