Transactions
This screen serves as your customer’s accounting “console” and displays a variety of useful information in one place:
- Transactions: all Orders, Invoices and Payments
- Services Ordered: both MRC and NRC items
- Services in Production: features from the Services tab that are being used in the Hosted PBX
- Premium Features Available: premium features, if any, that are available for your account
From here, you can quickly navigate to view the Detail screens for any Order, Invoice or Payment listed on the screen.
Transactions
This section lists your latest Transactions in a sortable list.
- Click on a column header to sort the list by that column in ascending order.
- Click on the same column header a second time to sort by that column in descending order
- To view the details of the Transaction, click the date link in the Date column.
The Detail screen for that order, invoice or payment will display.
Services Ordered
This section displays active services on account. Click the Expanded View link to switch to the Summary View, and vice versa. The Expanded view will display Services Ordered in two distinct lists:
- Services Ordered (MRC): Monthly Recurring Services
- Services Ordered (NRC): Non-Recurring Services
Services in Production
This section displays active Services in Production (plus quantities), such as:
- Phone Numbers (DIDs)
- Extensions
- Mailboxes
- Auto Attendants
- Time Frames
Premium Features Available
This section displays Premium Features, if any, and their availability for your account.
For example:
- Call Recording
- SMS
- Cloudmessaging
- OmniResponse Contact Center
