Holidays
Use the Holidays feature to assign specific dates as holidays. Inbound calls to a Phone Number on a designated Holiday will be routed based on the Call Routing option configured in the Phone Number Detail for that number.
From this screen, you can view, search for, create, edit and Holidays.
Displaying the Holidays Page
All holidays are modified from the Holidays page in your customer view in PCS Premier Portal (Automation Manager (CAM)). To display this page:

- From any Level 2 screen, click Customers in the main menu then click the Customer’s Name.
- Click Services in the main menu then click Holidays in the side menu.
Add New Holiday
In the PCS Premier Portal:
- Navigate to your customer.
- Select Services in the main menu then click Holidays in the side menu.
- Click the New Holiday button.
- Enter the Name of the holiday in the field provided.
- Select the Date using the dropdown lists for month and day.

- Click Save.
Editing a Holiday
You will need to modify holidays that change each year like Labor Day.
- From the Holidays screen, click the Edit icon for the desired Holiday.
- In the Holiday Detail screen, edit the Name and Date fields as necessary.
- Click Save.
Deleting a Holiday

- From the Holidays screen, click the Delete / Trash can icon for the desired Holiday.

To route calls differently for the holiday(s) you have added click on Phone Numbers.
- Edit the phone number(s) you wish to have the holiday routing configured for.
- Under call routing edit the If Holiday field to reflect what you would like to happen only on Holidays.
