Scheduled Reports

The scheduled reports feature is only available for Call Activity Reports.

Call Activity Reports are automatically generated by CoreDial for all Customer Accounts.

Customers can opt to receive their Activity Reports by configuring the Scheduled Reports featurein the Customer Level menus. 

By default, the Scheduled Reports feature can be enabled by any Customer Level user with an Administrator or Account Owner Profile. Alternately, you can enable this function for your customers by drilling down to the Customer Level menus, (Settings > Scheduled Reports). 

Scheduled Reports are sent via Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) directly to the Customer’s SFTP server.

Alert! Reports are run at 12:00 AM ET, and the time cannot be adjusted.

This feature also sends an automatic email notification (based on the Scheduled Reports Email Template) for each report. There are two steps involved in setting up Scheduled Reports for a customer:

1. Customizing Scheduled Reports Email Templates (Service Provider menus).

Alert! As a Service Provider, it’s important to customize the Scheduled Reports Email Templates because your Customers might enable this feature without notifying you.

2. Configuring Scheduled Reports (Customer Level Menus)
