Call History

The Call History can be found in Calls screen of the CoreNexa Desktop/Browser client.  To view it click on Calls in the main menu and on the left side of the screen you will see a list of all calls within a chosen date range.

Clicking on any entry will show the details for the call in the right side of the screen.

There is a dropdown menu in the upper portion where you choose a date range of which calls to show. The choices are:

  • ALL
  • Last 7 Days
  • Last 14 Days
  • Last Month
  • Custom

If you choose Custom you can use a date picker to choose the From and To dates using the date picker or manually entering the dates.

You can further narrow down the shown entries by clicking the Filter button and choosing what type of calls (OutgoingIncoming, and/or Missed) to show. You can also choose toClear Filter and show all types of calls.

Or search for a specific name or number with the Search bar at the top.

Downloading the Call History

To download a copy of the call history click on the Download button found above the call history entries. The download will be a .CSV file and will contain only what the current Call History shows based on current filters and search term.

FAQ

What can I do if clicking on download for call history is not working?

If the download button is only opening a browser window but nothing is downloading try to press Ctrl+Shift+F1.

Then click Browser Settings and from the dropdown menu select Embedded Chromium.
