Sign In and Join a Meeting
Launch the CoreNexa Desktop Client from your Applications or Start Menu or the Browser Client by going to https://web.corenexa.com/. For the Desktop Client the user may see a blue bar, this indicates that the application is updating. Once the clients opens the user will then be prompted to Sign In or Join a meeting.

The “Join a meeting” option is typically used by guests to simply enter a meeting by providing a meeting number, meeting PIN, and a name.
Users who belong to a Community should “Sign In” for the full collaboration experience.
Users can also utilize Google and Microsoft O365 accounts and passwords to authenticate. The user’s email field in Account Manager must match their Google or Microsoft email address.
Home
After signing in, you will see the home screen as follows:

You can see the menu on the left which is collapsible by clicking the Double Arrow

button in the upper right area of the menu. From the menu you can access the following:
Calls
The Calls screen is the default landing screen when opening CoreNexa.

Here you can see your recent call activities, which you can narrow down or expand by choosing the range of activities to show using the dropdown menu or the search bar.

To show the details of a call activity click on it from the list of activities shown.

Voicemail
This screen shows you all of your voicemail. Clicking on a voicemail will show the details where you can play, download, and/or delete it.

You can also do a call back to the person who left the voicemail message by hovering your mouse over the red dot in the right side of the voicemail activity entry. The icon will change to a phone icon which you can then click to call back the number used to leave the voicemail.

Chat
The individual and community chats can be found by clicking on Chat in the left side menu.

Clicking on an individual or group chat will show the contact(s) in the chat (top area), the latest messages sent / received (middle area), and the message box (bottom area).
You can start another chat by clicking on the New Message button (plus sign).

SMS
The SMS screen works similarly to the Chat screen where you can see your previous individual and group messages. You can also start new SMS messages by clicking the similar New Message button.
Contacts
The contacts screen shows your contacts where clicking on one will show details of the contact.

Hovering over a contact will also show actions you can perform with the contact such as Start a Chat, Call, and Start a Meeting.

The dropdown menu above the list of contacts lets you switch between the Community, Personal, and Speed Dial contacts being shown.

Meetings and Rooms
Instant and Scheduled meetings will appear in the list of Meetings. Scheduled meetings will appear 10 minutes before the meeting starts.

Clicking on a meeting will show it’s details and let you copy the invitation to share, edit the meeting, or delete the meeting. You can also join the opened meeting using the Join Meeting button in the upper right area.
Rooms are meetings that last for an unlimited amount of time. They’re useful for teams of people or virtual rooms for actual physical rooms.

Different filters are available to control which meetings or rooms you can view. My Scheduled meetings displays all CoreNexa video meetings that have been scheduled by this account. All Active meetings shows all currently running meetings in the user’s community (scheduled meetings appear 10 minutes before the scheduled start time).

My Reserved Rooms will only show the rooms which you have created while All Rooms will show all rooms created by people in the user’s community.

To join a meeting or room, hover over the meeting or room entry with your mouse and a Join Meeting button will be displayed as shown below.

Phone Dial Pad
The phone dial pad icon at the top of the application appears when the CoreNexa desktop client is successfully registered to a SIP phone system, such as CoreNexa’s integrated voice platform.

Once the call is started the call controls will appear at the top of the page on the right hand side.
