PCS Desktop/Browser Client – Guest Mode

Guests to meetings (users from outside of the community) can utilize the desktop or browser client in guest mode. Guests for the Browser Client will typically be joining from a meeting link that has been sent to them.

For the Desktop Client

The guest can download the desktop client at https://meet.corenexa.com.

1. Once installed if using the desktop client, run the application and click on Join a Meeting. This will open a browser window opening the https://meet.corenexa.com site.
2. Enter a meeting number and the name to be displayed in the meeting.
3. If there is a meeting PIN, the guest will be prompted to enter the PIN.

For the Browser Client

1. Open the meeting link sent to you or open your preferred browser and go to the URL https://meet.corenexa.com/.
2. Enter a meeting number and the name to be displayed in the meeting.

If there is a meeting PIN, the guest will be prompted to enter the PIN.

Guest users will have all of the same functionality the community members have except the ability to private chat within a meeting.
