Presence, Preferences, and Profile
Presence and application preferences (settings) can be accessed by clicking on the user profile image/avatar in the upper left side of the main menu.

Presence
You can select your presence by clicking on the dropdown menu right below your name and then choosing from the following options:

- Available
- Away
- Out to Lunch
- Do Not Disturb
- Custom
- Invisible
Choosing Custom will open a dialog where you can enter some other presence information that doesn’t exist in the list.

Preferences
The application preferences are all in the Settings menu option. The preferences are categorized further as:

- General – To set your Home Page, Language, and a checkbox if you wan to Sort Rooms Alphabetically.
- Audio – To choose which device to use for your speaker and microphone and provides the ability to test them. If you don’t see a newly added/plugged-in device you can also use the Refresh Device List button to refresh the list of speakers and microphones.
- Calling – To change your Inbound Dialing Rules, Find Me, and Click to Dial options.
- Chat & SMS – To change the number of inactive days until your chat or SMS conversation is closed (a closed conversations does not erase the message history).
- Integrations – To set integrations for ConnectWise and Salesforce plugins or calendar and contacts integrations for Google and/or Microsoft.
- Logging – To set the level of logging, max log file size, and a button for downloading the log file.

Profile
In the Settings menu you will find the Profile option. Clicking on this will show your profile details. From here you can edit your profile information including uploading a profile photo and the ability to change your account password.
