Making a Call

1. Click on Dialpad from the menu screen.

1. Enter the phone number or extension you want to call in the dialpad and hit the Call button to make a call.

Note: You have the option to search for a name, phone number, or extension in the search field instead of entering a phone number.

After entering a phone number you can save the number as a contact by clicking the Add Contact button in the left area of the number area.

In Call Controls

• Mute – to turn on/off your microphone
• Dialpad – to show the dialpad (click the Dismiss button to hide the dialpad when open)
• Speaker – to turn on/off the speakerphone of the mobile device
• Hold – to place the call on hold
• Add Call – to add a participant to the call
• Transfer – to transfer the call to another contact
• Bluetooth – manage connected Bluetooth devices
• End Call (button at the bottom of the screen) – to end the call
• Hide (button at the upper right of the screen) – this will hide the call controls to gain access to the mobile devices screen or other applications while on a call
