Settings

Allows you to configure different settings and options for the mobile app or to sign out of your account. These options are available by clicking on Settings in the menu screen.

From here you can click on Sign Out in the upper right of the screen to log out of your CoreNexa account from the app or go to one of the categories of settings listed below:

General

Here you will find access to the following:

  • Manage Notifications – clicking here will open the notification settings for your app on the mobile device for whether to allow them and what type of alert the app will use for notifications
  • User Guide– clicking here will open the CoreNexa user guide website.
  • Report a Bug – clicking here will open a form to Report a Bug by filling in the Case Number if you have one related to the issue being reported and then entering the details for bug that may help in troubleshooting or replicating the issue. When finished click on the Submit button to send the bug report.
  • About – this shows the user name of the currently logged in account for the PCS Mobile app and the currently installed version number.

Meetings

Here you can enable or disable whether to sort the list of Rooms alphabetically by clicking on the toggle switch.

Calling

Here you can control various calling options such as:

  • Inbound Calling – clicking here will let you choose whether to accept or not accept incoming calls via WiFi and Cellular connections.
  • Do Not Disturb – enabling this by clicking on the toggle switch will send all incoming calls to whatever your if Busy inbound rule is for your extension.
  • Call Forward Always – clicking this will open the Forward Call To screen where you can enable Call Forward Always for all incoming calls with the toggle switch then set to which Extension, Mailbox, Outside Number, or SIP Trunk will all incoming calls go to by clicking on them.
  • Keep Display Active – clicking here will enable or disable via the toggle switch whether your mobile devices screen will stay on while on a call.
  • CoreNexa Ringtone – clicking here will let you choose a different ringtone from your devices list of ringtones where you can also add a custom ringtone.
  • Use Secondary Port – while enabled this will let the CoreNexa app use port 5076 instead of 5060.
  • Connection Service – while enabled this will use the Connection Service feature.

Note: When you enable “Do Not Disturb” or “Call Forward Always,” an indicator appears in the lower left corner of the main menu signaling these features are turned on.

Chat

Here you can use the respective number picker to set the number of days until a Chat or SMS(Text) Conversation is removed when there is no activity.

Profile

Here you can see your profile information, change your avatar image by clicking the Upload Image button, remove your avatar image with the Remove button, and change your password with the pencil icon.
