PCS Mobile Application Known Issues
The following is a list of issues that are known to exist at time of the last release. This is an ever changing list and we recommend you keep your eyes on the Release Notes each week to ensure you are aware of all current fixes.
PCS Mobile Application Web Portal
- No known issues.
PCS Mobile Application Desktop Client (Windows, Mac, Linux)
All
Windows
- No known issues.
Mac
- Screen Share Problem: On the Mac you need to allow screen sharing. To do this, go to the Settings→Security and Privacy and check the ScreenRecording and Accessibility options under Privacy. After that you will be prompted to restart and then your Screen Share should be working.
- Mac Permissions: In Security and Privacy ensure that CoreNexa has the following permissions in Privacy:

- Camera
- Microphone
- Accessibility
- Input Monitoring
- Full Disk Access
- Files and Folders
- Screen Recording
- Mac Avira AntiVirus: If the user does a deep Avira Virus scan on their MacOS PC, the user might see this:

- If this happens, try to un-quarantine the item and start PCS Mobile Application desktop client again. If the desktop application still will not work, please do as follows:
- Exit from the desktop client
- Uninstall the PCS Mobile Application desktop client
- Remove the following folder: /Users/
/.PCS Mobile Application folder where is your login {*} - Install the PCS Mobile Application desktop client again (download available at https://meet.PCS Mobile Application.com)
- Start the PCS Mobile Application desktop client.
- This should resolve the issue.
Linux
- No known issues.
PCS Mobile Application Browser Client (WebRTC)
Safari
- Unable to get audio working with Safari:
- If you are unable to get the PCS Mobile Application Browser client (WebRTC) audio to work on an iPhone or iPad through Safari.
Some users have found that these WebRTC settings were all turned off by default in Safari. Turn on the highlighted entries below to resolve the issue.
Settings->Safari->Advanced->Experimental WebKit Features
- If you are unable to get the PCS Mobile Application Browser client (WebRTC) audio to work on an iPhone or iPad through Safari.
