PCS UCaaS Overview
PCS Mobile Application 7.0 is our next-gen voice, video, messaging, and collaboration solution, and the evolution of our proven, industry-leading cloud communications platform. It’s a fully loaded, all-in-one solution that combines high-quality voice and video with everything employees need to be productive and stay engaged, whether working remotely or in the office.
The Desktop/Browser App Client enables “always-on,” real-time voice communications through a built-in soft phone (desk phone replacement) for making and taking calls, a messaging platform with chat and SMS, and full-feature video meeting and collaboration capabilities. Users may also access PCS Mobile Application via the Mobile Client using their iOS and/or Android device.
PCS Mobile Application is integrated with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 for authentication as well as calendar and contact sharing. Users also have instant access to ad hoc and scheduled or recurring meetings, and PCS Mobile Application’s robust Room technology, which will help transform the way business is done and optimize engagement—especially with distributed or hybrid (in-office and remote) workforces.
Key Features
Voice (soft phone)
Designed to be a full desk phone replacement, the soft phone feature enables users to make and take calls, place callers on hold, transfer and move calls, have three-way calls, and more.
- Call History: Shows a history of all calls, and a user can browse or search for certain call records.
- Visual Voicemail: View voicemails received and transcribed voicemails (requires a subscription to that service), and listen, delete, or download voicemails to save or forward to another user.
- Call Move: Users can move between the PCS Mobile Application desktop/browser client and mobile app while on a call with just the push of a button, without needing to put a call on hold first.
Video Collaboration
PCS Mobile Application provides every user with unlimited 1:1 and group meetings with up to 100 participants per meeting (Standard plan users can schedule group meetings up to 40 minutes). Employees or invited users can join meetings at any time from the downloadable PCS Mobile Application desktop/browser app as well as mobile clients (iOS/Android). Meetings can be encrypted with a PIN for added security and confidentiality.
- Simultaneous Screen Sharing: Users have multiple screen-sharing options; share one screen, a portion of their screen, or specific applications. Multiple users can share their screen at the same time.
- Video Recording: Record any meeting for easy reference later, or to share updates with absent or unavailable team members.
- Private Sidebar Conversations w/ audio & video: Users can speak and screen share with each other during meetings or while in virtual rooms without exiting a meeting or disrupting the main conversation.

Create a meeting room, gather your team, and start working. Need to talk to someone privately? PCS Mobile Application “sidebar” allows you to gracefully turn off your group mic and video and talk privately to someone in the group. Need to step away for lunch? PCS Mobile Application lets you update your status so your team knows where you’re at and what you’re doing.
